Third Party Incident Management – Employ our ITIL based Service Desk resources on your behalf to manage initial incident to be placed with a third-party support organisation via one telephone call to Networks First’s Service Desk.

VoIP Quality Monitoring – is a multi - vendor voice quality monitoring service that provides VoIP metrics such as packet loss and latency, as well as voice quality measures such as jitter.

WAN Carrier Management- our ITIL based Service Desk manage incidents to be placed with a third-party support organisation via one telephone call to Networks First’s Service Desk.
