The role of our Service Delivery Managers is to identify, as part of the business take-on process, rules of engagement between the partner, customer and Networks First.
Information is gathered at these meetings in order for Networks First to fully understand customer requirements and establish operating procedures between the organisations. This information is disseminated throughout Networks First to ensure that customer expectations and business needs are understood, met and fulfilled.
The Service Delivery Managers are responsible for all post-sales activity and coordinates the communication between the various departments within Networks First and the partner. Part of the review process is to attend regular meetings to discuss past performance, future developments and ongoing service improvement plans.
The Service Delivery Managers are also a point of escalation within Networks First and is the face of the customer within the organization. Regular contact takes place between the SDM and partners to maintain excellent working relationships.
