Networks First Wins Small Business Category in prestigious UK Customer Experience Awards

Redditch – 12 November 2007: Networks First, a leading provider of support services for network infrastructures (www.networksfirst.com), are this years winners of the Small Business category in the prestigious UK Customer Experience Awards. The awards are given to UK companies in recognition of outstanding customer service.

The UK Customer Experience Awards aim to identify and recognise organisations that are industry leaders in serving customers. The awards help organisations identify their strengths and weaknesses whilst providing benchmarks and guidance in improving performance. Key criteria assessed by the judges include: customer intelligence, operational effectiveness, engaging people, leadership and values, and organisational agility. The award sponsors include, Pipex Business, Unisys, Cable & Wireless and The Henley School of Management.
