Networks First achieves Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence

Cisco Gold Star rating for Networks First

09 May 2006: Networks First has been recognised by Cisco as a Partner of the highest distinction in achieving Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence.

The company is one of only a few selected Cisco partners in the UK to be awarded the Customer Excellence Star.

In its most recent Cisco customer satisfaction survey, Networks First scored 100% true customer loyalty and pre- and post-sales support scores of 4.63 and 4.70 out of a possible 5, both significantly exceeding the average

According to the Cisco website, customer satisfaction continues to be a cornerstone of the Cisco Channel Partner Program.  With the introduction of the enhanced Channel Partner Program, Cisco is recognizing partners with the highest customer satisfaction distinction with a special gold star indicator.  Customers, partners and Cisco Sales personnel will be able to identify partners achieving outstanding customer satisfaction as part of the Cisco worldwide assessment process.  Each quarter Cisco will acknowledge the qualification of each certified and specialized partner that has the highest customer satisfaction.
