Networks First certified as Cisco silver partner
West Midlands based company has been awarded Silver Certification status for the second consecutive year
03 February 2006: Networks First, the independent multi-vendor, mixed technology partner-focused provider of support services for network infrastructures, has been awarded UK Silver Certified Partner status by Cisco for the second year running. This recognises the continuous investment in Cisco Systems training & technology, and its commitment to providing leading networking technology to its customers. The award follows a detailed review of its technical expertise in specialised areas and its customer satisfaction levels pre and post sales.
As part of the re-certification process a full audit was carried out by an objective third party and a customer satisfaction survey was conducted, the results of which are carefully scrutinised by Cisco. 75% of Networks First’s customers responded to the survey and from these, Networks First scored 100% true customer loyalty and pre- and post-sales support scores of 4.63 and 4.70 out of a possible 5, both significantly exceeding the average.
