Mitel 3300 IP telephony installation support engineer

The candidate should have at least two years experience in support and the installation of Mitel 3300 voice over IP product and wireless DECT phone systems. The candidate will ideally hold a current Mitel accreditation for the implementation and maintenance for the 3300 product, but candidates who have proven expertise without the qualification will be considered and training provided.
The majority of your time will involve attending customers sites to install or upgrade to a new Mitel 3300 IP solution that would include a wireless DECT system.
The candidate's should have an understanding of the following key technologies:
- Voice Over IP
- Traditional voice telephone systems and services
- Wide Area Networking
- Local Area Networking
- Wireless Networking including DECT
- SNMP
- Network management systems
On Call, 25 days Annual Leave, Private health cover, Permanent health insurance, Life cover insurance, Contribution to private pension and Child care vouchers. £23,000 dependant on qualifications and expertise plus Overtime plus £660 per month car allowance.
