As a result of customer feedback, Networks First developed a greatly simplified customer support service agreement. Previously a famously complicated document, it is recognised for its simplicity and accuracy by the renowned Plain English Society, winning the Crystal Mark award for plain English and clarity of content.

We have also pioneered the introduction of tailor made support contracts offering Service Level Agreements based on getting the network up and running.
