The technical knowledge of Networks First engineers is of the highest level:
- Our support engineers have an average of 16 years, multi vendor, mixed technology experience
- In the last 12 months 300 man days have been spent on training activities
- £75,000 is spent on external training per annum
- All engineers carry data analysers and mobile devices for remote access
Superior Support
This superior level of support is backed up by a spares inventory in excess of £4.5m. A computerised Service Desk, Network Operations Centre and Technical Assistance Centre are the nerve centre of our business.
