Sales Administrator

The role of the Sales Administrator is working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service through actively producing renewals, additions and new business quotations for Networks First customers. In addition to the role, the individual will cover Reception duties throughout the week and cover for annual leave.

IT and Excel skills are essential to the role, all other training will be provided.

The Sales Administrator is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday.

Location: Redditch

Salary: competitive (depending on experience)

Account Manager/Director

As an Account Manager, you will need to deliver a sustained sales performance fit to achieve and exceed 100% of the target through finding new partners, opening new opportunities, as well as maintaining our existing our partners. Account Managers’ support Networks First’s decision to maintain its Channel Centric status.

An Account Manager’s target is made up of new business through selling managed services, professional services and multiyear annuity business.

Networks First is a national organisation, therefore as an Account Manager you will be expected to travel around the UK and attend four customer meetings per week.

Networks First are looking for someone who is highly focused and results driven, has exceptional communication skills alongside excellent presentation skills, selling and delegation skills, possessing integrity and credibility.

Your Skills

Will possess a strong IT services sales track record with demonstrable results in networking solutions selling with multi-vendor mix technology experience in the networking space.
Will possess drive and energy.
Will be committed to the achievement of excellence.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Experience of working with service delivery teams
Experience of driving and winning tenders
Relevant industry knowledge and experience
Will have experience presenting up to board level and have proven success at closing high value contracts
Demonstrable track record of significant revenue and gross margin generation with complex product mix and multi-line services and solutions into target accounts.
Will have the required presence, gravitas and knowledge to be credible at all levels in an organisation.
Consultative or solutions led approach to new business development
Strong commercial acumen combined with good market knowledge
Can balance strategy development and tactical execution.

Location: UK wide

Salary: attractive basic, OTE uncapped

The Programme

On your first day you’ll be introduced to the business and kick off on a six month boot camp style training programme. This programme will ensure you have the knowledge, skills and know how to be able to take on your own accounts. You will have the ability to earn commission on your sales from month six onwards. You’ll be tested along the way through different styles (from presentations, to data input) to ensure you’re learning at the rate we expect from you and that you have the opportunity to develop at pace in the industry.

The Role

As a Sales Executive you’ll be expected to sell our IT services to channel partners and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be managing accounts effectively, prospecting new channel partners, get to understand partner’s needs and develop account plans. Additional to this you’ll send and follow up on targeted campaigns. Other activity you’ll undertake will include marketing communications such as LinkedIn campaigns, quoting, data input and take part in Live Chat on our website whilst demonstrating a pro-active behaviour.
