The programme encompasses a committed training schedule for the team followed by the introduction into account management where the graduates will take on a sales target and have the opportunity to earn commission. As a credible, well established company with over 20 years operating in the channel we have recognised that developing employees from within is critical to our success. This programme will see that only the best succeed. Our graduates require a 2.1 degree or equivalent and have graduated in the last 2 years. But more importantly, we are looking for individuals with the hunger to succeed in sales, passion to achieve and the drive to do more for our prospects and customers.
On your first day you’ll be introduced to the business and kick off on a six month boot camp style training programme. This programme will ensure you have the knowledge, skills and know how to be able to take on your own accounts. You will have the ability to earn commission on your sales from month six onwards. You’ll be tested along the way through different styles (from presentations, to data input) to ensure you’re learning at the rate we expect from you and that you have the opportunity to develop at pace in the industry.
As a Sales Executive you’ll be expected to sell our IT services to channel partners and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be managing accounts effectively, prospecting new channel partners, get to understand partner’s needs and develop account plans. Additional to this you’ll send and follow up on targeted campaigns. Other activity you’ll undertake will include marketing communications such as LinkedIn campaigns, quoting, data input and take part in Live Chat on our website whilst demonstrating a pro-active behaviour.
